A FIT DIVER is one who strives to improve overall dive performance by being a F.I.T. Diver -- one who is physically fit, informed about diving, and trains to skill dive proficiency.

The first six weeks of "Fit Divers" has been fun.
Peanut Bearb is the "FIT DIVER" of the
month. He has lost over 15 pounds and is
looking HOT! He is exercising twice a day and
eating salads! Never thought he would change
so much.

new six week program of strength building and
training for a Tri. We'll team up and work out by
running/walking, biking, swimming, and P90X training.
